New audio assets have been discovered in the Fortnite v8.01 files which give players an audial peak at a new weapon.
Fortnite Season 8 v8.00 included assets for a new Battle Rifle weapon which is expected to be Epic and Legendary variants of the Infantry Rifle.
While an image and statistics of the weapon were previously leaked, audio files have since been discovered. These assets give players another idea of how the weapon will feel.
Many fans feel that the above audio files sound much more pleasing than the base Infantry Rifle. The common consensus seems to be that the new weapon sounds very powerful in comparison.
