New challenges are released every week in Fortnite Battle Royale, and the leaked challenges for Fortnite Season 7, Week 8 have been leaked ahead of time.
Every week on Thursday, seven new challenges are released in Fortnite Battle Royale, with three of these challenges being available for Free Pass players and the remaining four only available to Battle Pass players. The challenges that should be releasing on the 24th January have been leaked and can be seen below:
Free Pass Challenges
- Build Structures (250)
- Deal damage to opponents whilst riding on a vehicle (100)
- Explosive Weapon Eliminations (HARD) (3)
Battle Pass Challenges
- Search chests at Shifty Shafts or Lonely Lodge (7)
- Search between a mysterious latch, a giant rock lady and a precarious flatbed (HARD) (1)
- Place a Cozy Campfire or a Launch Pad in different matches (3)
- Visit … and … in a single match (3)
- Stage 1: Visit Paradise Palms and Salty Springs in a single match (1)
- Stage 2: Visit Junk Junction and Loot Lake in a single match (1)
- Stage 3: Visit Haunted Hills and Wailing Woods in a single match (1)
The challenges aren’t too difficult to complete, providing they do not change. Building is essential in surviving in Fortnite so the building structures challenge is clearly the easiest challenge to complete.
The Cozy Campfire has received a couple of minor tweaks in the v7.20 update, which can be seen below:
- Drop chance from floor loot increased from 0.26% to 0.73%.
- Drop chance from Loot Llamas increased from 6.63% to 15.47%.
The Launch Pad also received a couple of changes in the same update, as can be seen below:
- Drop chance from floor loot increased from 0.53% to 0.98%.
- Drop chance from Loot Llamas increased from 13.25% to 20.77%.
These changes will make it easier for players to complete the place a Cozy Campfire or Launch Pad in different matches challenge.
Other challenges that shouldn’t be too difficult to complete are the Explosive Weapon Eliminations, Search chests at Shifty Shafts or Lonely Lodge, Visit … and … in a single match and Deal damage to opponents whilst riding on a vehicle.
We will be showing the location of the Search between a mysterious latch, a giant rock lady and a precarious flatbed when the challenges go live tomorrow, providing this challenge will be released tomorrow.
As with all leaks, the challenges could be changed, but we will be announcing the official challenges for Season 7, Week 8 as soon as they are available. We will also be releasing a cheat sheet to help you complete the challenges if you are still struggling.
Once you have completed all of the challenges for this week and providing you have completed all previous weeks challenges, you will unlock the following loading screen from the Snowfall challenges:
