The in-game message of the day has been updated to tease 2 new weapons coming to Fortnite Battle Royale – Epic and Legendary Pump Shotguns!

Epic Games have officially taken to Twitter to announce the Epic and Legendary Pump Shotguns.

An official update time and date has been announced. Patch v6.31 will drop Tuesday, November 27 at 5 AM ET. Stay tuned for full coverage!

This shotgun is expected to be a simple upgrade from the Uncommon and Rare Pump Shotguns. Meaning it will have high damage at a low rate of fire.

Not to be confused with the visually similar Heavy Shotgun. The Epic and Legendary Pump Shotguns 10th and 11th shotguns to be added to Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode respectively.

A specific time and date for this Patch has yet to be announced. These new weapons are expected to be added in the next Patch, but Epic Games has not confirmed that at this time.
