Durr Burger is one of the oldest food establishments to grace Fortnite’s Island. The fast-food restaurant has been on The Island since the earliest days in Chapter 1, but the building has taken a beating.

The franchise’s mascot is a goofy hamburger with eyes and a floppy tongue. Players have found this burger in-game via a decorative ornament and as a playable character. It also has appeared IRL in the middle of a desert before Chapter 1 Season 5.

The Durr Burger head has become one of the most beloved characters in Fortnite. As such, who doesn’t want more Durr Burger in their life? Luckily, you can get the new Fortnite El Durrrado Back Bling for free! Here’s how:

Get the free El Durrrado Back Bling

When Epic Games says the El Durrrado Back Bling will be free, it actually means free with purchase. You won’t have to pay anything to get the Back Bling, but you can’t get it unless you purchase another officially licensed piece of physical merchandise.

This promotion is taking place from November 1, 2021, to January 15, 2022. Codes for the back bling will be handed out at specific retailers to those who purchase Fortnite products. These products can include V-Bucks Cards, Minty Legends Packs, and other licensed items.

Back Bling code location and expiration

The code for the El Durrrado Back Bling will appear on the physical receipt you receive from the store. Online purchases will not receive a code. The code expires on January 15, 2023.

If you don’t want to purchase physical merchandise, the El Durrrado Back Bling will be in the Item Shop at a later date. However, since there is no minimum purchase for the code, it might be cheaper to purchase physical merch.
