Data miners have found a Kylo Ren skin and cape in the Fortnite game files. Could this be the next crossover skin?
The Fortnite X Star Wars event appears to be winding down. We’re expecting to see Winterfest begin tomorrow, which means we may start seeing the leaked holiday skins replace the Star Wars crossover skins in the item shop.
It’s possible for Epic to keep updating the Star Wars shop, however. We saw Ninja and Mark Hamill tease an announcement that will come December 19 – one day before Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters.
Early theories point to the announcement relating to a Luke Skywalker skin – but the announcement did show a frame of the Frozen Fishstick skin we saw in the leaked Polar Legends Bundle. Could a Kylo Ren skin be part of the announcement as well?
We still have several days before The Rise of Skywalker comes out, so Epic could be saving some promotional items for the release of the film. Kylo Ren would undoubtedly be one of the more popular Star Wars skins – especially with the cape.
What we really want, though, is a lightsaber pickaxe and a Baby Yoda back bling. Come on, Epic, do the right thing.
