Fortnite’s v10.10 update is now officially live, and data miners have already started sifting through the game’s files hoping to find new skins, gliders, pickaxes, and more that will be added to the game in the near future.
The v10.10 Update heralded the return of one of the game’s most popular locations in Retail Row, although not everything is as it seems thanks to the appearance of the undead horde of Fiends which are now treating the shopping area as their home.
Alongside the big changes to the game, developers Epic Games included a number of brand new cosmetic items in the game’s files, which will be added to the store over the next few days and made available for purchase for fans of the popular battle royale title.
New cosmetic items are added to the game in one massive batch, and hidden away inside the files so that they can be easily released in the game for purchase, with the hopes that players won’t be able to see them.
The good news for fans of these items is that data miners often scour through the patch files the moment they are released in search of these items, releasing them so fans can get a sneak peak at what’s to come.
Of course, just because Epic Games add these new items the game’s files doesn’t mean we are guaranteed to see them get released, as the developers have added skins to Fortnite in the past that have never seen the light of day.
With last weeks v10.0 Content Update not including any leaked items, Epic Games have added a ton of new cosmetics in this patch, and you can see them all below.
